At Sable Noir, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every piece you select meets your expectations. Understanding that sometimes a return may be necessary, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your product.
Refunds
- We happily provide a store credit for any return that cannot be exchange.
- After our in studio assessment, a credit voucher will be issued if your return is approved.
- We do not refund for a change of mind or an incorrect order. Please make sure you review your cart before proceeding to payment.
Damages and Issues
- Please try on your Sable Noir pieces upon receipt.
- Get in touch with us immediately if any issue is encountered. You may email or call us at the provided contact details.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Please note gift cards are not eligible for returns nor refunds.
Exchanges:
- If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us in order to assure there is another size or item available for you.
- Simply return the original item and place a separate order with the provided unique voucher number.
Please note:
- Returns will only be considered if your jewellery is purchased from Sable Noir online store and in its original condition and packaging.
- If you purchased via our stockists, please address the return directly to where you bought the item from.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Eligibility Criteria:- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you all the detailed instructions. Please note the shipping is at the customer's charge.
- A credit note will be issued as a "gift voucher" if you return is approved. Please use this voucher within a reasonable timeline in order to provide you with the best outcome.
