Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sable Noir. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

1. Processing your order 

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing you rorer with us. Please keep this email in record as proof of purchase. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, unless exceptional circumstance, we process your order within the next 48 hours.

2. Shipment location

We provide domestic and international shipments departing from our studio.

3. Shipment rates and delivery

Delivery times can be provided to you if you wish, simply contact us via email at contact@sablenoir.com.au 

Delivery times are always an estimate only and we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier / post may encounter. Estimate times are never guaranteed as we do not service this ourselves. Any complains or claims regarding a shipment should be addressed to the shipping company directly.

4. Damages, missing and lost package

If there is any damages to your items, please contact us immediately. 

if your package is missing, we will be happy to assist to a reasonable extend. Since we do not have any control over the shipment journey of your parcel, we can only track but we are not able to recover your parcel nor giving compensation under any circumstance. 

5. TAXES AND DUTIES 

We do not collect taxes and duties for international parcels of products purchased from us. Any taxes and duties are at the customer's charge and we do not take responsibilities for any expenses related to taxes, duties, import taxes and duties applicable depending of the country of destination, of any products ordered  and purchased with us.
