Refund policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your products/service to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number and the reason of your return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email of confirmation and further instructions for the return of your your item.
Please note the return shipping costs are at the customer's charge. We do not refund any taxes and duties related to the return of a parcel and products purchased form us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to first enquire a return with us, and once the return is accepted we will happily process to the exchange of your order. Please note we assess every aspect of the jewellery once it has been returned to us and the product needs to qualify for an exchange and has not been worn or damaged.
We do not accept exchanges of any custom made items under any circumstances.
Refunds
As a small business, please be advice that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrongly ordered, wrong colour or size. We happily exchange for something else you may like and you have 14 days to do so.
