Ashanti Face Necklace

Every Ashanti face Necklace is an handcrafted treasure from our CORE Ethos. The small pendant representing the face of  Ashanti is entirely hand-made and threaded on a short Sterling silver rope chain.

Each pendant is meticulously hand sculpted and cast in either solid bronze or sterling silver. A long process of polishing and finishing is involved to obtain all the authenticity of the hand-made. Our Italian sterling silver chains are individually oxidised  to offer hues of ancient silver, golden to deep charcoal , ensuring your piece is a distinctive artefact of Sable Noir's craftsmanship.

For generations, the Ashanti tribe has cherished fertility dolls, traditionally handed down from mother to daughter. Originally hand carved in wood, Ashanti or Akuaba dolls are believed to offer protection and ensure the birth of a beautiful, healthy child.
